JoeDaddy is completely free. No credit card information is required to register for a JoeDaddy account, and there is no charge for posting ads to JoeDaddy.com.
Email is the primary method of contact between JoeDaddy administrators and users, as well as the most popular method of contact between buyers and sellers. By providing an email address, you provide an easy way for users to contact you without giving away any personal details. By default, all JoeDaddy messages are sent to your registered email address; to change your email, simply log in to your account and click 'Edit Account Details.'
We understand people's hesitancy to publish their personal contact information online. That's why JoeDaddy.com offers an anonymous email feature that allows potential sellers to receive email from potential buyers without ever revealing their email address. When placing an ad, simply mark "Contact by Email" as your only contact preference and none of your details will be publically displayed.

To post an ad to JoeDaddy.com, you must first be signed up for a JoeDaddy account. Once you have signed it, click the "Place Ad" button in the middle of the menu bar at the top of the page. This will prompt you to input info related to the ad (Title, category, your name, location, description, price, etc) as well as upload photos and video of the item. Once you have done this and reviewed the ad to ensure that all the information is correct, click the "Confirm" button to post your ad. Your ad should appear live on the site within 10 minutes.
To register for a JoeDaddy account, click on the orange "Register" button at the top right of the page. Enter the correct information and choose how you wish to be contacted (by email, phone, or text message). Complete the anti-spam feature by typing the captcha code into the box displayed and click "Register". An email will then be sent to the address given during registration. Click on the link inside this email to verify your JoeDaddy account. You are now a member of the JoeDaddy community.
To edit you ads, please first ensure that you are signed in. Once you are signed in, click on the 'My Account' link at the top right of the page. Click on the 'Manage Ads' link; this brings up a list of all the ads you have posted to JoeDaddy.com. To edit a specific ad, click on the pencil logo next to the ad in question. Edit the information and upload photos/videos as desired and click 'Save Changes'. Your ad details will be updated on the site within a couple of minutes.
To delete an ad you have posted, click on the 'Manage Ads' link in your account page. This brings up a list of all ads you have posted. To delete a specific ad, click on the red X next to the ad in question. This will bring up a page where you choose the reason for the ads removal. Choose either 'Sold' or 'Other' and click 'Remove Ad'. Your ad will then be removed from site, although it will still show up (as inactive) in your 'Manage Ads' page.
There are two main ways to locate an item. To search for an item, click on the 'Search' button at the top of the page. Search by keyword or filter your results based on price or location. Alternatively, you can browse through categories by clicking the 'Category' button at the top of the page.
To edit your account details, log in and click on the 'My Account' link at the top right of the page. Then click on the 'Account Information' link. This will open a page where you can edit all of your account details; click 'Save' to update your account details.
To report an ad to an administrator, click the "Report This Ad" link at the top right of the ad's page. This will send a message to an administrator, who will review the ad and decide whether it should be removed. Alternatively, you can email our staff using the 'Contact Us' form on the website.
To complete the registration process, you must verify your account by clicking on the link within the verification email sent to you during the registration process. Once this link has been clicked, your account becomes verified.
Once an ad has been placed, it usually take up to ten minutes before it goes live on JoeDaddy.com. If you check back and your ad still doesn't show up, it may have been flagged as inappropriate and removed by an administrator. If this is the case, you will receive an email notifying you of the reason your ad was removed. If this is not the case and your ad still doesn't show up, contact a JoeDaddy administrator.
JoeDaddy.com is, above all, a networking tool that connects potential buyers with potential sellers. In order for buyers to contact you, you need to provide a means through which that contact can take place. If you prefer, you can choose to be contacted solely by our anonymous email service, which allows buyers to email sellers without having access to their email address.
JoeDaddy has a category specifically dedicated to Services. Ads placed here may contain links to business websites and other corporate information. It is prohibited to post links to commercial services or websites in any category outside of "Services".
Ads that contain unlawful, abusive, libelous discriminatory or sexually explicit content are expressly forbidden on JoeDaddy.com. Please consult the "Conduct" section of our Terms of Use for more information.
JoeDaddy's 'Local News' section is specifically designed for users to advertise and discover local events in their community. Registered JoeDaddy users can post local announcements free of charge, and anyone can browse through the announcements pertaining to their local area or any other location.
